Kosovo police have indicated that Monday afternoon a person has been robbed of his car in the town of Shtime, reports news.
According to the police report, the suspect is a person who escaped from the Special Research Institute and then stole the car.
As it becomes known, the suspect is a dangerous person, while Kosovo Police are investigating the case.
