The Office for Registeration and Certificate of the Political Party in the CEC has recommended the college in this institution to certified all MPs' candidates, as they came from political parties. But Central Election Commission Chairman (KQZ) says such recommendation does not explain that political subjects either meet all criteria.

The two members of the Vetevendosje Movement in the CEC, Sami Kurteshi and Alim Rama, demanded that the Office for Recording and Certificate of Political Partys be approved for all candidates for MPs coming from political parties. Consequently, even the leader of the Vetevendosje Movement, Albin Kurti

While LDK member in the CEC Sami Hamiti sought to respect the Constitutional Court's act on this point.

Daka stressed that documents should be sent and not a recommendation that says nothing.

I think you told us that you got answers from the institutions that you sent the paperwork to verify the candidates because that was the subject that burned everyone. The approval of the candidates is made by six institutions, and we here from this recommendation do not know which candidates meet the conditions and which they do not. The request and the office is what made the filtering and which sends the recommendation based on legal request from Article 29. The requirements have been submitted to all relevant institutions, and after receiving response from these institutions, it has been sought by political subjects to change or replace candidates who have not met these criteria. I have here a recommendation that doesn't actually explain to us whether these candidates meet the criteria or not, unfortunately we don't have clear from this recommendation on who meets the demands of who doesn't... I wanted us first to be brought in all the documents because we have no documents here but we have a recommendation that doesn't tell us anything, the recommendation says that practically certified all candidates<1>, Daka said.

This reaction of Daka came after the head of the Office for the Recording and Certificate of Political parties, Yll Buleskaj, at today's CEC meeting, said the office has not fully completed the decision of the “q” to Article 29 of the Law for Elections due to the passage of this point.

We originally have 1081 candidates from 25 political subjects, final is 1075. All political subjects have met the minimum criteria... we have requested paperwork from various institutions to help us decide. Some have helped us, and some have made us confused, which is noteworthy is that the office has not fully applied to the decision of the ninth point 29 for different interpretations. For that reason the office recommends that you sequencing the laws as it is, while the interested parties may file a complaint in other institutions for the removal of candidates, it is not the first time that another institution removes candidates, it has happened even earlier, it is not only according to the point unjustly, but there are candidates from another community list, he said.
