The “We stressed that the CEC should see to it that the election process is transparent and unfree from political interference. Pre-election procedures, including the certificate of candidates, are still under way. At this moment, we believe that the people of Kosovo deserve calm and maturity from all sides. It is important that legal decisions be respected and appeals routes followed without interference. We call on everyone to refrain from the personal inflammatory and specific attacks”, says the State Declaration of QUINTï.
Also, it has called on citizens to respect anti-Covid measures during the time of the vote.

On January 25th, the ambassadors of the states of Quinti met Central Election Commission Chairman (KQZ) to express continued commitment to free, fair, secure and peaceful elections on February 14th, and to announce our election monitoring plans. As long as the pandemic has created additional challenges, we are certain of the CEC's ability to oversee elections. We continue to call on Kosovo authorities to apply the recommendations made in the European Union's Election Mission report on the October 6th 2019 elections.
We stressed that the CEC should see to it that the election process is transparent and unfree from political interference. Pre-election procedures, including the certificate of candidates, are still under way. At this moment, we believe that the people of Kosovo deserve calm and maturity from all sides. It is important that legal decisions be respected and appeals routes followed without interference. We call on everyone to refrain from personal inflammatory and speculation attacks.
We invite all parties and candidates to engage in an honest race throughout Kosovo, honouring anti-pronged measures - CO VID-19 throughout the campaign. While considering their selection, the people of Kosovo deserve to hear detailed policy proposals, from their politicians, with arguments made in an informative spirit of debate.
To ensure successful elections, it is also up to the people of Kosovo to vote and do so safely, also following all anti-steps. - COVID-19. Our governments are committed to continuing our support in efforts to build a secure, prosperous, democratic Kosovo for all citizens, and to work closely with any government that forms through free elections in accordance with the constitution.
