Costett was nominated ambassador to Kosovo by President Donald Trump in July 2018.
Meanwhile, yesterday in Washington, DC, hundreds of violent protesters joined the US Congress premises, avoiding the police cordon.
Protesters prevented the process of certificate of Electoral College votes by American lawmakers and, as a result, the congressional works were interrupted.
