Hoxha is ranked 100th on the party's list leading Avdullah Hoti.
Syla Hoxha has been chief prosecutor of the Constitutional Prosecutorship in Prizren for a full four-year term. Within that time he has also been a task leader of the chief state prosecutor until Alexander Lumez's election to this position.
Hoxha has been involved in controversy with Vetevendosje Movement officials following the death of Astrit Dehar at the Prizren detention centre in November 2016.
