CECA spokesman Valmir Elezi told Gazeta Express that today this institution will hold meetings to proceed further after the Supreme decision.

“The CEC will hold meetings this afternoon following the Supreme Court's decision to proceed further in terms of the Certificate of political subjects and MPs candidate”, Elesi said.

Yesterday the Supreme Court has ruled on the complaints of political subjects, where of the five complaints of political subjects, two of them have been partially accepted.

Vetevendosje Movement leader Albin Kurti, is off-list

The Supremee's decision says that MPs' candidates -- Libun Aliu and Labinoette Demi Murtezi -- should be included on the candidate list for deputies. Meanwhile, LVV's complaint has been partially rejected, confirming PZAP's decision.

Political subjects have submitted complaints to the Supreme Court about the Election Panel's decision on Anxiety and Parashtre (PZAP) not to certified candidates for MPs who have had problems with the law./
