Under the Law for General Elections, the coalition can only consist of political parties.
From the CEC, they say that by these moments they have not accepted any statements of coalitions.
However, there are some rules laid out in the law on general elections and that political parties should take into account.
Political parties, which do not report to the CEC that they will compete in these elections as coalitions, cannot apply for certificates and compete as part of the coalition after the initial deadline.
Likewise, political parties that claim to compete on behalf of the coalition, after January 12th cannot compete as alone in elections.
The political party, which withdraws from the coalition after January 12th, cannot compete as alone, nor can it link coalition with any other party. While the rest of that coalition could participate in the elections.
Also, all registered parties that decide to participate in the elections must sign the coalition's goodwill form.
