Shala says that under the Constitutional Court's act, Albin Kurti, Albulen Haxhiu and Donika Kaday Buyupi have not been legally elected either in the seventh legislature.
The “could be misunderstood, but according to this act and those names (Albin Kurti, Albulen Hxhiu, Donika Kada-Bujupi) are not legally elected either in the seventh legislature. So if we're within those terms, I'm afraid that this act could put out such cases”, Shala says.
We remember that Hoti Government has fallen after the Constitutional Court's act of judgment, which rendered Etem Arifi's debut vote invalid.
The extraordinary elections will be held on February 14th, where Avdullah Hoti will be the candidate for prime minister from LDK ranks.
