Arfon James, the commissioner in question, said that if the justice authorities were serious about reducing the violence in prisons, then “would have to address causes” such as free synthetic canabinoid that could be lethal, unlike cannabis that is less harmful.
Many prisoners receive replacements for heroin as methadona and buprenorphins, while others receive strong analgesics such as pregabalinals and gabapentinoids, all dependent and potentially dangerous. While illegal drugs are widespread, reports Guardian, Periscope is followed.
