Boris Johnson vs. referendum on Scotland's independence

“After my experience, referenda in this country are not particularly happy events”, Boris Johnson told the BBC, referring to deep divisions caused by the referendum on Brex in 2016.
In 1975, the British were advised to keep their country in CEE. Forty-one years away, it looks like a big “ex2>”, British Prime Minister Johnson stressed.
For the conservative director, referenda should be authorised only once in a generation.
Scottish Prime Minister Nicole Stormon stressed that he hoped Scotland would gain independence and could join the European Union, underlining that Brex was done against the will of the Scottishs.
If the British, in all, voted 51.9% for Brex in 2016, the Scottishs opposed 62% for exiting the European Union.
