“-S. K.K. not treated as a civil staff but as a staff informed by special law, setting up pay contractor (one with the police), (one with the police), non-profit station, retirement being introduced at 55 years of age, filling conditions for work: good quality uniforms, safety equipment etc. ” wrote among other things, 4th AAK's on the candidate list.
