He watches as he blows a hand in the back of his head. And for that, KMDLNJ chief Behgjet Shala, for Periscope, calls it immoral and not legal.
To beat the person in the carriage and depend on the one who drives the cart, it's how evrebdéeʹ unintelligible, and contrary to any moral and legal standards, so KMDLNJ strongly condemns these cases as violation of human rights”, he said in a written response to Periscope.
Shala further said Kosovo police should investigate this case until the end, and action will be taken.
According to Shala, this case is unacceptable from the human rights aspect. /Periscope/
