Avd: No need to prove ethnic belonging to MPs as did VV) candidate

According to Avdiu, candidates for MPs do not need to testify to ethnic affiliation, and that, according to it, is only a substate.

“There is no need to testify to the Albanian sovereignty that Bernarda Radoncic has. It's enough to have a Kosovo substate, and whether you are for Kosovo's independence as is Duda Balje.”, she wrote on her Facebook account.
