ATK director who dismissed Hoti, returns to this position

Ilir Murtezaj has returned to the post of Kosovo Tax Administration General Director (ATK), after he had been dismissed from office by incumbent Prime Minister Avdullah Hoti since October 2020.

Murtezaj's return to ATK has made it known by this institution.

“From today Ilir Murtezaj resumes work on the position of Kosovo Tax Administration General Director, based on the NR decision. 302/2020, to be taken by Kosovo Republic of Kosovo Prime Minister Avdullah Hoti, to return to the position of ATK General Director Ilir Murtezaj. So, based on the competencies and responsibilities of the ATK general director, today Director Murtezaj has held the first meeting with the ATK High Management for this year, in which plans and activities for 2021 have been discussed, as well as many other projects that will continue to be finalised this year. Director Murtezaj, initially congratulated the management for this year to be a good year for all, once wished that the effects of pandemic this year be restored to all segments where ATK has its role”, said the ATK media communiqué.
