However, he believes that in current conditions Kurti should be allowed to run to avoid serious political consequences over the country.

Should Kurt run?
If it wasn't for a republic like our transitional state, Kurt shouldn't have a right to run, because the absoluteity of the objectivity of the law involves techniques that challenge logic and the ethics of democracy.
But, in the circumstances that we have -- legal, functional, and practical states of Kosovo; political, pragmatic, and symbolic importance of Albin and VV; as well as Europe-Russian fragility and depression towards Kosovo, it would be absurd for Albin to be denied the lead list...
... even though I'm objectively committed when we're functioning the law, the consistencys of Albin's deprivation from the list can be enormous, under the circumstances when the Constitution/laws are still in pre-demmocracy and as such as flexible, or extremely fluid. So let the boy be the prime minister
