I'm honored to be here today. Thank you for your hospitality. I bring you the warmest greetings from my commander. Kosovo has been our partner. From military partnership, we now have partnerships in business, education and wider.
Let us pray that our partnership with Kosovo will grow. I have a duty to provide the religious support and services of all soldiers, including Muslim soldiers. All soldiers have the right to apply the principles of their religion. Religious freedom, dialogue, and religious cooperation represent mankind's best.
My Christian faith says that I should love my neighbor. My neighbor is anyone and everyone. Now you're my friends and I love you. I encourage you to continue working for religious freedom. Uncompetitive unity and cooperation bring peace. Peace be upon you and the people of Kosovo” has said Major Van Sloten.
