Albin victimization: Moliqaj shared parts of the document Kurti had written on VV

Chairman PSD, Dardan Moliqaj, says Albin Kurti is a politician of extraordinary situations, the duke reminded him of a document that had divided into Vetevendosje.

But the situation created these days reminded me of a quote from Albin Kurt in his famous document on the organisation of the VV, which was the key disagreement between us that we separated and those that remained. It is unfair and undemocratic to be barred from running in elections by anyone who has been convicted in the past for political action. The failure to allow the candidacy of those convicted of political activity is a dangerous instrument for disciplining political opponents, by anyone in power.

But the situation created these days reminded me of a quote from Albin Kurt in his famous document on the organisation of the VV, which was the key disagreement between the rest of us and the rest of us. We'll be able to take power without a state of emergency, and maybe we can't even keep it without a state of emergency.

And today that's exactly what VV Kurt is doing. The VV is not basically rejecting the law that prevents penalised MPs from running. The VV knows that if it really has the percentage they're predicting, no one will be able to stop Kurt from becoming prime minister. But VV and Kurt are looking for OUTSECHATIONS. Because the state of emergency resolves its hands to be arbitrary. To violate the constitution, civil rights law. Through the state of emergency, they have operated most of the authoritarian and totalitarian powers. In extraordinary condition, there is law and procedure alone ONE individual decides, and that's power, the leader. The state of emergency gives to the ruler.

But Kurt will probably not go to the end of the conflict with the CEC. He can accept a failure. But he is creating the cause of sacrifice, to mobilise his voters, towards the state of emergency. He is building an excuse for the state of emergency after taking power. The “Everyone tried to eliminate me” means, the “all that are with me are enemies of the people” and would need the state of emergency to eliminate them.

And in the end, Kurt won't change this law at all. Rather, he will use it as the current power to discipline political opposers in the future.
