The deceased had already been sentenced to nine and a half years in prison for the murder that took place in a “fast food”, where Dimitrije Popovic was with his friends. An Audi-type car was stopped in front of the bar. Albert Krasniqi, who had shot bullets in their vehicle, also broadcasts the Express newspaper.
Popovic was shot in the head by a bullet and died on the spot.
The walls of the living room at the Popovic family's home are still full of Dimitrije's photos. His parents saved up his other belongings.

Albert Krasniqi had been sentenced for his murder to 6.5 years in prison, and then his sentence was extended for another three years. Even though he was sentenced to nine and a half years in prison, Krasniqi had held only four years in prison.

According to reports, Albert was killed around 5:00 yesterday by his father, businessman Skender Krasniqi, who has also been arrested.
As reported, police had been searching for Albert Krasniqi in recent days, due to suspicion that he had beaten his ex-wife, Besa Gashi. This was supposed to have caused contention in the entire family.
