The real reason is that Beijing is going through difficult times because of the cold weather, where temperatures have gone up to -19 degrees Celsius.
Beijing is involved in the cold with temperatures reaching minus 10 degrees at night and up to minus 19 degrees in certain areas because of the wind that has been prevalent in the Chinese capital for days, according to local metheological station forecasts.
Chinese authorities have sounded the alarm since the beginning of the week due to the decline in temperatures, predicting a minimum daily of minus 12 degrees by Thursday.
Beijing has a metheological alarm system divided into four one - color levels dedicated to low temperatures and storms. Red represents the worst conditions and is followed by orange, yellow, and blue.
