The Supreme Court has decided that the candidate for MP from the Alliance for the Future of Kosovo (AAK) will be included on the candidate list from the Central Election Commission (KQZ).
According to the media report, it has reportedly ordered the CEC for the candidate for MP Shemsedin Dresaj to be included on the candidate list for MPs.
“The complaint exercised by the political subject Alliance for the Future of Kosovo (AAK) has been partially accepted foundation by the Supreme Court college. Partly changed decision of PZAP, Anr.15/2021, and Central Election Commission decision (KQZ), No.240-2021, regarding the certificate of candidates for MPs, ordering the CEC to have the candidate for deputy Shemsedin Dresaj included on the list of candidates for deputies”, the Supreme Court ruling. /Telegraphy/
