Following him are Deputy Prime Minister in charge Besnik Tahiri, MP Beka Berisha number three, as well as AAKA Parliamentary Group leader Albena Resiti.
The surprise of this list is the deployment of incumbent Justice Minister Selim Selimi to 100th place.
