Over 40 people were injured by a gas tank explosion that occurred at a local in Ferizaj in the first days of January 2021. The worst injured were sent to the University Clinical Centre of Kosovo (QKUK), but then four were sent for healing abroad -- two in Turkey and two in Austria.
While six other patients are being treated at the Plastic Surgery Clinic, five of them were also operated.
Gas canister explosion also launched investigations where so far many of the people who have been present at the moment when the bombula exploded were also interviewed by the Prosecutor at Ferizaj, but nothing concrete was said by them.
So announced KosovoPress, chief prosecutor in Ferizaj, Shukri Jashari, who also shows that police will make expertise about the bomb explosion there.

Meanwhile, the chief of the Plastic Surgery Clinic at QKUK, Zene Buja, told of the health condition of patients still being treated at this clinic.
We've got six more patients being treated in our clinic, two more we've released. Their situation is good, as is the general situation as well as the local situation. Five of them have operated, we have used the skin transplant technique, we have taken the skin transplant from the limbs and we have placed it in the hands and other pieces”, Boja told Kosovas.
Patients are expected Friday to be released home.
Our patients have no complications, everything has gone well, they've been treated in time and there's no problem. During Friday all patients will be released”, he said.
KosovoPress has sent questions to the Health Ministry about the situation are of patients sent to Turkey and Austria for healing. But for that, the ministry has not returned, while KKUK has said the ministry continues communication as patients are sent for recovery abroad
