The Constitutional Court in Pristina has declared the indictment against accused B.J. for minor bodily injury, by Article 185 par.1, subpar.1.4 of the KPRK's No.06/L-074 Code
The accused B. J has been convicted of this criminal offence and sentenced to fine in many of the 4,500 (four thousand and five hundred) euros, which sentence is imposed on him to pay for the 15 days term after the failure of this act, while the time spent in custody, from 22.12.2020 to 06.01.2021, accused B.J. will be counted in the sentence pronounced.
The court in the case of plead of the sentence took into account extenuating circumstances, such as admitting guilt by the accused B.J., seeking forgiveness and repentance for carrying out the criminal offence, while the circumstances under which criminal action was conducted in the public country and in the presence of random passersby, causing concern in the population for the conduct of the responsible for the damage to journalist V.S.
