The Constitutional Court in Pristina has declared the indictment against accused B.J. for minor bodily injury, by Article 185 par.1, subpar.1.4 of the KPRK's No.06/L-074 Code
The accused B. J has been convicted of this criminal offence and sentenced to fine in many of the 4,500 (four thousand and five hundred) euros, which sentence is imposed on him to pay for the 15 days term after the failure of this act, while the time spent in custody, from 22.12.2020 to 06.01.2021, accused B.J. will be counted in the sentence pronounced.
