The infection of COVID-19 in the country has killed 1,000 411 citizens, while 49 thousand and 432 others have recovered from the virus.
While according to the recent report by the Kosovo National Public Health Institute ( The IKKPK, it is said, is currently active at 5 thousand and 275 cases.
“over the last 24 hours, at the Medieval Microbiology Laboratory in IKSCK and private labs with RT- The PCR, a total of 1,377 samples taken by the SSKKUK and tracking ground case contacts, resulting in 267 positive cases. Within 24 hours one case of SARS deaths was reported CoV-2 positive. The case of death is from the Ferizaj municipality 1 case (74). The total number of positive cases is 56,118 cases out of 209,960 suspicious persons in the SARS-CoV-2 virus and 1,411 cases of death. Over the last 24 hours, 163 patients have been cured until the total number of cures to date is 49.432 cases, while the number of active cases is 5,275”, said the IKSHPK report.
The positive cases are from the municipalities: Pristina 56 cases, Podujevo 49 cases, Prizren 27 cases, Gjilan 23 cases, Peja 17 cases, Gjakova 15 cases, Mitrovica 13 cases, Suhareka 11 cases, Fushe-Kosovo 11 cases, Vushtri 7 cases, Lipjan 5 cases, Istog 4 cases, Obilic 4 cases, Decani 3 cases, Drinas 3 cases, Kamenica 3 cases, Kline 3 cases, Malisheva 3 cases, Feriz 2 cases, Rahovec 2, Year 2 and one case municipality, Dragcan Kakkolo and Shkuka.
