Her life, this Albanian humanist had dedicated her to the poorest, and the Indian award was gratitude for her charity.
Mother Teresa was born in 1910 in Skopje, but all her activity was performed away from her homeland as a missionary of peace, a sister of the Catholic Church.
Its entry into Albania during the communist regime was impossible because of Enver Hoxha.
Mother Teresa visited Albania, only after Hoxha's death, she died in 1997 in India.
