According to the IKD, mostly candidates with the active indictment have the Vetevendosje Movement, which is aiming to win this election along with the help of Vjosa Osman.
Of this party are 12 deputies with active charges, 2 of whom are convicted. Popular VV figures, among them head Albin Kurti, are present on this list.
In addition to Albin Kurti, the active indictment includes Glauk Konjufca, Albulen Haxhiu, Arberie Nagavci, Mimoza Kusari-Lila, Jelal Svechla, Victor Pacolli, Valon Ramadani, Jetmire Vrenez, Drelaku, Ekrem Mustafa of Sali Zyba.
Candidates with an active indictment on the election list for the February 14th elections also have the Alliance for the Future of Kosovo.
In the AAK, there are eight candidates for MPs with charges.
Time Kadrijaj, Pal Lekaj, Teuta Haxhiu, Haxhi Shala, Melza Haradinaj- Stublla, Shkumbin Demalij, Gashi Dresaj and Rrustem Berisha are the candidates for AAK deputies who are acting on charges.
While the Democratic Party of Kosovo has 6 candidates with the indictment.
Sadik Halitijaha, Xhavit Haliti, Kujtim Gashi, Rame Vataj, Lulzim Abazi and Bajrush Xhemajli are candidates from PDK ranks that have the indictment.
From the Serbian List are two candidates for MPs with the indictment. And those deputies are Milan Aritanovic and Ivan Todosijevic.
While the Democratic League of Kosovo is only an alleged candidate. That's Sali Aslan.
