Investigations are under way in the direction of two criminal acts, Mitrovica Foundation Prosecutor Valon Preten told Gazeta Express.
“Accounts for this case are under way in direction of two criminal acts, “Sexual attack” from Article 229 KPRK and” The attack on the official person” by Article 402 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kosovo. The family of 17-year-olds allegedly attacked the dentist doctor.
Kosovo Police have also been declared in the case.
“Mitrovica 22.01.2021 0800. Kosovo male minor complainer reports he has been sexually harassed. The state prosecutor has consulted the case with the recommendation after interviewing the parties to be released in regular procedure. The case continues to be investigated”, said in the KP report.
