Zafir Berisha speaks after appointment to new position as cyberattack co-ordinator

Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs Zafir Berisha has confirmed that he has assumed the National Co-ordinator's position for cyberattacks.

In a Facebook text, Berisha has said security structures should have priority of preventing and fighting cyber attacks in our country.

The rapid development of computer and internet technology, both in every country of the world and in Kosovo, has increased risk of cyberattacks, so advancing the cyber defence strategy from incidents, attacks, crime and terrorism in this area is too vital for Kosovo security! ”
