Yasar: We will no longer allow police spectacles at OVL-KLA

The special investigative action caught representatives of this organization, who were forced to leave their jobs and get out of the facility.

Xhavit Jashar, chairman of the Association of Witness Familys, spoke about Friday when the action of special investigators took place.

Yasar has said the Special Court is political.

We know that the Special is a political court with certain and Belgrade-oriented tendencies, because we have told our institutions that even it is their biggest fault, 2015, when MPs have voted such a court. Jashar said the Special Court should deal with the flow of documents that have reached OVL-KLA offices.

I think it's unfair, the Court needs to get where the information is coming from, the ones that came into the organization, to be correct with cleanliness with the KLA war. To be correct with the people we represent we've just reported through the media that have reached files, and we haven't published witness names, and I think there's no violation here. The only purpose I think is with the show they gave on OVL- KLA, it was to scare us, but we've never been scared and I don't feel scared”, he said.

Speaking of the first court hearing against former Chief of Intelligence in the Kosovo Security Force, Salih Mustafa, Jashari says every member of the country KLA must be proud.

I tell you to stay proud of everyone who gets taken up there, each one who passes a process because each one of them will return to power. In the dignity of the KLA's war, in its purity, no one can touch, no local or international courts, let them remain manly”.

In the end, Jashar calls for no such actions taken at OVL-KLA offices again, as they will no longer allow.

I also call on local institutions, but also those who came by the name of justice, and are doing injustice to stop trying. Because that day we've calmed the situation, but next time we won't let them do such spectacles and step on the dignity of the warrior and the disabled and the family of the martyrs”.

Even the country's institutions shouldn't be standing hands on the cross, because it's shameful that all day long, war-producing organisations are being raided. We remember that after the latest developments on OVL- The KLA, the expert through a media communique, has reported that Gucatin and Haradinaj have been issued for arrest of criminal acts against justice administration, respectively, for fear of witnesses, revenge and violations of the procedure's secrecy, provided in Kosovo's Penal Code, as included in Article 15T2. 05L-53 for Specialised Chambers and Specialised Prosecutor's Office.

Haradinaj will appear today in Kosovo's Specialised Chambers Trial Hall, while Gucati will appear on 1 October.
