Democratic Party of Kosovo chief member Xhavit Haliti has commented on the expected developments that will take place 4 September in Washington.
Haliti has said that Kosovo does not have the power to veto any process.
Under the circumstances that we're nobody needs to be breast-feeding. The world is changing a lot. Powerful states in the Balkans are preoccupied with problems between Turkey and Greece”, he said.
