Five witnesses interested in beating the worker by Haradinaj brothers

AAK Chairman Ramush Haradinaj and his brother, Daut Haradinaj, who is AAK deputy, are suspected of beating a worker three months ago. The media today reported that Ramush Haradinaj's Daut, in the police, had been notified by a caretaker doctor, who had had been in treatment of the victim.

Ramush Haradinaj's Daut may have serious problems with justice. The former prime minister, along with his MP brother, is suspected that three months ago they already beat a former worker of theirs, writes news.net.

As Kosovo Police have said in an answer to the news.net, the case allegedly occurred on June 22nd of this year, on the “nation's witnesses” street in Pristina.

Initially, police show that the case had been initiated as “slight exhumation”, while police were interviewed victims, from which the prosecutor was later announced.

On, 22.06.2020 police have reported that on the “Nation Witness “in Pristina has the case, slight bodily injury. The complainer in this case, has been interviewed by the police, is announced by the assistant prosecutor of the Constitutional Prosecutor- the General Department, which has suggested that the case be initiated for criminal work as the top”, the Kosovo Police have said.

However, about a month later, the victim, who was allegedly beaten by the Haradinaj brothers, had gone to the police, where he had issued a voluntary statement to close the subject.

However, the police explain that five witnesses have been interviewed for this occasion.

“In co-ordination with the prosecutor have taken action as follows: Five pounds of witnesses have been interviewed. In 16.07.20, the police have self-represented the complainer and issued a voluntary statement that has demanded that the subject be closed”, the answer is further to the news.net.

“For all high-profile investigative actions, on 21.07.2020 has been consulted by the State Prosecutor, who has demanded that the subject be scanned and sent to the electronic address”, have said by Kosovo Police.

Although the victim had demanded that the case be closed, all the subject papers are already in the prosecutor's office, and the same is being taken away by this following organ.

“On the date 22.07.20, all of the subject documents have been scanned and for which electronic addresses have been sent to the State Attorney, as well as by the State Prosecutor, instructions have been requested for further actions. In co-ordination with the State Prosecutor, according to his instructions, it will be carried out in connection with the case”, Kosovo Police on News.net has said.

Neither Ramush nor Daut Haradinaj has yet been declared in the case.

He currently holds the MP post in the AAK, while his brother is the party chairman, in the past the country's prime minister.
