Witness relates the moments when divers pulled Kosovo's lifeless body off the coast of Velipoja

After the death of 74-year-old Kosovo on the coast of Velipoja a citizen, a witness to the event has told about the display of how the deceased had been drawn out of water by a professional diver from Kosovo, while ambulances had been delayed more than 40 minutes since the 74-year-old had passed away.

He says how it is possible that all those vacationers are on the Albanian coasts and do not have ambulances nearby.

I wanted to share a message. Yesterday I was on vacation at Velipoj. Around 5:00 pm, a vacationer from Kosovo died, according to reports was about 74 years old, from the municipality of Ferizaj. At the site of the event for good luck has shot a professional diver from Kosovo, who has quickly pulled it out of the water and given it first aid, but unfortunately after 30 or 40 minutes, the deceased has passed away. What's making me give you this information is the neglect of an ambulance. There were no ambulances in the Velipoja district, and an ambulance had to come from Shkodra, some more than 40km away. And one of the cause of death is the delay of the ambulance, which is more than 30 or 40 minutes late. The delay in the ambulance has also caused the frustration and irritability of vacationers, who have largely gathered and cheered up and had ambulance screams.
