Wessel: September 7 is among the events that have turned our course of freedom

And the chairman of The PDK, Kadri Wessel, has praised the September 7th 1990 historic event, where Kosovo Assembly delegates are declared the Constitution in Kacanik.

Through a Facebook post, Wessel has said that the work of generations, with their contribution, has now been lived in free and democratic state.
