Chairman PDK, Kadri Wessel, has remembered the hero Xhavit Haziri.
He writes:
Our century-old resistance against the Serbian occupant followed by generations.
The hero Xavit Haziri belonged to the generation who prepared, raised and participated actively in our liberation fight.
Today, we remember his outstanding activity with awe.
He would be kidnapped by the occupational forces, but, his homeland spirit, he would never disappear or be possessed. The country and the nation still lack the place to place wreaths, but honor will never be lacking.
