Belgium, Italy and Great Britain are seeing a revival, but at least so far, not both in March and April. On September 6th, the United Kingdom passed 2,000 daily cases.
France, Poland, the Netherlands and Spain are likely to be afraid that “will be taken” with the second wave and are beginning to take measures to contain it.
France declared 8,975 new cases on September 4th the highest figure ever recorded.
