The leader of the Vetevendosje Movement Parliamentary Group, Rexhep Selimi, has asked Prime Minister Avdullah Hoti not to postpone the gathering of the two governments, Kosovo-Albania.
Through a Facebook post, Selimi added that on September 28th he is expected to report to the Assembly.
The recovery of two Albanian and Kosovo governments in Shkodra is in the interest of all our citizens.
As the leader of the LV parliamentary group, Hoti's rapporteur in the Assembly, we publicly announce Hoti not to withdraw from the meeting with Albania's Government on Friday 25 September. We expect Monday with 28th to come and report to the Assembly”, Selimi wrote.
Even the deputy head of the Parliament from the ranks of Vetevendosje, Arberie Nagavci, has asked Hoti not to cancel the joint meeting of the two governments.
“As the provider of the request to call in Mr. Avdullah Hoti about his 100-day, we're expecting him in the Assembly next week. There is no need to cancel the joint meeting with the Government of the Republic of Albania. On the contrary. If Mr. Hoti will cancel something, let him cancel Vuciqi's meetings with the argument that there is no mandate from the Assembly for concessions he is making to Serbia and that he must report before MPs. With this abort of meeting with Mr. Vuciq, at least we'd have less damage than many who have already brought”, wrote Nagavci.
