Kosovo Assembly Speaker Vjosa Osmani has prosecuted President Thaci's amendment regarding the Special Court's mandate to Specialised Chambers Speaker Ekaterina Trendafilova.
Osmani has asked Trendafilova that the proposed amendment is forwarded to the Constitutional Court for Review near Specialised Chambers.

The application was confirmed by Bekim Kupina, a media adviser to the head speaker.
“Chairman Osmani referring to Article 162, paragraph 3 of the Constitution, has prosecuted the amendment proposed by the president in the Specialised Chamber of the Constitutional Court for Review”, Cupina said.
