These 100 days of government have been forwarded by harmful decisions for Kosovo's state interests, inability to govern in the interest of citizens and numerous concessions for Serbia. Never before in such a short time have so much damage and consequences been done to the country. That is precisely why the Vice President of the Parliament, Mrs. Arberie Nagavci, today he has asked to be called Avdullah Hoti for reporting in the Parliament. Since the first days, this non-legigration government has made a decision to abolish reciprocity with Serbia, at the time Serbia had begun to accept documents with the inscription of the Republic of Kosovo. In the internal plan, it failed to manage the situation with the COVID-19 pandemic. From almost zero infected in the days he took office turned the country into a hearth of infection in Europe. From the example of estimated global management, it brought Kosovo to the top of the countries' lists with the worst situation with COVID-19, and the largest number of deaths in the world. Inefficiency and inefficiency also witnessed in the social and economic plan. With conflicting statements about the 1.2 billion-euro recovery package, it failed to execute long-standing measures by the Kurti Government's Emergency Fiscal Pack. In terms of protecting the lives of citizens and public health, this government abandoned citizens infected with COVID-19 by relinquishing the state's responsibility to test for free. Citizens, despite worsening the economic situation due to pandemic, were forced to test in private labs at astronomical prices. Furthermore, in the international plan, this government began with the unconstitutional suspension of the right of the Republic of Kosovo to join international organisations. This was done according to Serbia's interest and request. To further cause damage to the Republic from unilateral pledges at the September 4th meeting to share the exploitation of Ujman Lake, Kosovo's property, the acceptance of the Novi Sad agreement, the so-called mini-sensing of railway infrastructure, and to the positions that the unconstitutional agreement for the establishment of the majority Serbian Commissions will be implemented. Depending on the Serbian List, it allowed the organisation of Serbia's elections in Kosovo, which were held considering Kosovo part of Serbia; began the return of the capture of public companies and companies; interrupted the process of setting up legitimacy and integrity in foreign service and diplomacy; manifested lack of strategies and the plan for the start of the new school year. In addition, during these 100 days, this government undertook harmful actions to prevent the proficiency process in the justice system launched by the Kurti Government. Measures and actions for building the legal state, fighting corruption and fighting political interference in public administration and the justice system were also highly praised by the State Department in the 2020 report. Without clear and vision-free programme, this government brought Kosovo's state into chaos in the internal plan and restored the ill-governing thinking which Kosovo citizens had punished in the last elections. It continues to jeopardise state interests daily, either by questioning sovereignty and integrity in the external plan or by violating the unitary character of the state through plans to establish “Zajdennica”.
