President Hashim Thaci has said he was surprised by the Special Court's invitation during his trip to Washington, broadcasting Periscopi.
I had no idea it would happen. We've agreed to move to the process and go to a new modalization with my full will. With the importance that the process started was finalised on 4 September by what was discussed earlier I didn't know I would not be invited by the Special, he said in a TV issue.
