The country's first said the will of our people and our political representatives for freedom and independence was secular.
“The events of July 2nd and September 7th 1990 were bold acts of Albanian delegates, which witnessed high national and statehoodal determination and awareness”, Thaci wrote on Facebook.
Thaci declared the Kachanic Constitution a powerful foundation for building democratic and institutional life in Kosovo.
“Today, with special respect, we remember the sacrifice and dedication of then deputies Place of Kosovo, which under extraordinary circumstances approved the Constitution of Kachanik, which was also the powerful foundation for building democratic and institutional life in Kosovo. Freedom and independence were the dream of many generations, who sacrificed everything to make it a reality”, has ended Thaci in his Facebook status.
