President Hashim Thaci has voiced confidence that mutual recognition between the state of Kosovo and Serbia could only occur at the White House and under the US leadership.
In an address to the media, the first of our state said is satisfied with the agreement reached for economic normalisation with Serbia in Washington, saying it would also be followed by recognition between the two countries.
“I believe that if economic normality has been achieved in Washington and mutual recognition between the state of Kosovo and Serbia can only occur at the White House and under US leadership”, he has said after the event organised on the occasion of marking the New Jewish Year.
Israeli Prime Minister Benyam Netanyah has also been addressed to those present through a letter, but the recognition of Kosovo is not mentioned there.
And President Thaci said that each state has its own specifications on procedural issues that will be implemented in the near future in the sense of even letter formalisation. /
