(6 years ago)A terrible event took place in Sukth, Durres. Page “Animal Rescue Albania” has published a photo of a car dragging a dog. Unfortunately, the dog has not survived the wounds and died. It remains to be seen whether authority in Albania will take measures against the driver of the car that [was] taken from him.
