Prisoners in the country do not seem to be breaking up smoke in prisons either. In addition to having cigarettes inside, they have spent over 1m euros, money that was deposited by their families.
At least that's what it says in the announcement of signing the contract published on the official page of the Public Prosecutorial Commission.

According to the announcement released in the KRPP, the winner of this tender was announced as the company “Beni Dona Plast”.
The contract was signed on September 23rd.
