Tahiri: Police violence comes when citizen refuses to identify

Ex-partor of The KLA, Ridvan Tahiri, has reacted to the news published by Periscope, where Kosovo police exercise violence against a man in front of children.

Tahiri says citizens should respect the law and obey the police, otherwise they are forced to exercise violence.
