MP and head member of Kosovo's Democratic Paris (PDK), Abelard Tahiri, has said that “what had to be concluded with a valid and comprehensive agreement for mutual recognition between Kosovo and Serbia was converted by Prime Minister Avdullah Hoti to a list of corrections of its statements and subjects to which he belongs<62>
He has further said that Kosovo Prime Minister Avdullah Hoti with the current agreement he made with Serbia in Washington with US President Donald Trump's mediation, has only made the anthem as he said of Kosovo's political and economic defictorisation”, as he called it on November 13th 2019, the idea of the “the Balkan Müssenion”.
Tahiri has also added that the use of water resources from Serbia is one of the biggest damages Hoti has done to Kosovo today.
“What had to be concluded with a valid and comprehensive agreement on mutual recognition between Kosovo and Serbia was converted by Prime Minister Avdullah Hoti to a list of corrections of his statements and the subject he belongs to. So, Hoti today made the anthem to Kosovo's “political and economic definition”, as he called it November 13, 2019, the idea of the Balkan Moussengen “The suspension of the international agenda of the Republic of Kosovo, Minisengen and allowing our water resources to be exploited by Serbia, are among the biggest damage Hoti has done to Kosovo today. PS: As far as I've seen, this was not an international agreement either by format or by content, except for a list of vows”, Hoti wrote.
