The scandal with the flow of secret files of The Hague Prosecutor's Specialised Chambers is said to have pushed to the resignation of a very important prosecutor of this institution. So at least it reported to the media yesterday. Meanwhile, the Special is denying that the prosecutor in question has resigned for the cause.

Kwai Hong Ip, chief deputy Special, was reported yesterday that he resigned from this headquarters justice body in The Hague. The reason for this action of Ip is said to be Special Files, which a still unknown person has sent to the headquarters of the War Veterans Organisation.

These files are said to bear the names of protected witnesses and also their testimony, while considered at high risk the fact that the same are already in the hands of other persons outside this institution.

However, from The Hague's specialised Prosecution is denying that the reason for the IP Prosecutor's resignation is the files stemming from the Special.

In a response to news.net, Specialised Chambers spokesman Christopher Bennett said the prosecutor in question received an offer for work elsewhere, and some time ago.

“As far as the IP is concerned, he has accepted a job offer some time ago, and has decided to leave the Prosecutor's Specialised Chambers. He now works at another institution. He has not resigned now”, the Special's response to news.net says.

The Hague's tracking body, meanwhile, remains in total silence on the issue of files stemming from this institution, which have fallen into the hands of OVL-KLA, and then other individuals.

For the second time in a row, documents that have been confirmed yesterday that belong to Specials have been sent by persons unknown to the War Veterans Organization headquarters.

Both times, special investigators have obtained these files from OVL headquarters.

The latter have already authorized lawyer Tome Gashi in this case.
