Following the file scandal that was sent to the offices of KLA's veterans, newspaper Express has resigned one of The Hague's top prosecutors. These files are said to have discovered witness names and their testimony.
The deputy prosecutor in the Specialised Prosecutor's Office, Koai Hong Ip, has resigned after thousands of files, which, among other things, are said to contain witness names and their testimony, have fallen into the hands of KLACE veterans.
The Express newspaper has contacted the Prosecutor's Office today about the deputy prosecutor's resignation, but ZPOUA has preferred not to comment on the matter.
For a period, Deputy Prosecutor Ip has held the position of Special Prosecution, following David Schöndmann's departure.

Meanwhile, the issue of thousands of files that U summer organisation CKUE says they've reached their office. It's still a mystery. It is unknown from whom they were brought in, but leaders of the organisation say it contains data from the investigations the Special Tribunal is conducting.
The KLA's veterans' organisation, which opposes the existence of the Special Tribunal, says that in the files that have come to the office, there are original documents of Tribunal.
Special officials have betted OVL-UCK's office and confiscated documents that have brought people in disguise twice within two weeks.
Ip is a British lawyer with extensive experience both in the international prosecutor and in the Western Balkans. He has been Scheendjman's deputy even as the Special Prosecutor and the Chief Prosecutor of the Special Investigative Force (TFHS), the predecessor of the Specialised Prosecutor's Office.
Ip attached to T The FHS in June 2012 as chief deputy and served as chief prosecutor in office from August 2014 to May 2015 after the departure of the first chief prosecutor, Ambassador Clinton Williams and prior to Schwendjman's arrival.
The Specialised Prosecutor's Office investigates crimes allegedly committed by former UCK members from 1998 to the end of 2000.
This office has already handed over charges of war crimes to President Hashim Thaci and former Prime Minister Kadri Wessel, who constituted UCK) leadership during the war in Kosovo.
