Special Court: Salih Mustafa is not declared guilty or innocent of charges

Former soldier of The NLA, Salih Mustafa, known as “Cali”, has decided not to be declared at all about guilt.

“will not be declared today, we will consult the lawyer,” he said in the first appearance before the pre-procedure judge.

Before he was given the word, he was read the indictment and then his rights, reports Periscope.

This is the first session being held by the Special Court, while Mustafa became its first detainee. /Periscope
