P The SRK, through a media communique, says it has accepted numerous media questions about the investigation about the submission of documents to the KLA Veterans Organisation, which documents are potentially linked to the Office of the Specialised Prosecutor in The Hague.
P The SRK suggests that, currently, The Hague's Specialised Prosecutor's Office is investigating the case. The Special Prosecutor of the Republic of Kosovo is willing to assist if something like that is required.
The Special Prosecutor of the Republic of Kosovo reports that the unauthorized discovery of confidential documents or information concerning protected witnesses implies violations of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kosovo and may be punishable by prison sentences.
On the other side Kosova Prees has asked the Special Court whether the files are or are out of this institution, but also about whether the court has failed on witness protection. However, they have declined to comment on the tribunal's representatives.
The specialist has also given an answer in publishing this file from the media.
“We take into account media reports on the issue. We have no comment to make”, said the response of representatives for the media at the Special Court.
We remember that days ago a person with glasses, hats and mask had entered the offices of the KLAA's OVL, leaving more than 4 thousand files linked to the Special Court.
