In a B92, “article What point 10” says this medium has had access to the document offered to the parties, and it says that the “both sides must pledge mutual recognition and protection of minorities”.
This letter has been on the table, at the seating site of Vuciq, the Serbian media writes.
The two sides must be committed to mutual recognition and protection of ethnic minorities, agree to open from an office for the protection of the miners and report for each year on this case”, says point 10 of this document, B92.
